Thornæs Danish Whisky - The 5 Pedros, Single Cask #064

The 5 Pedros – Single Cask #064 is the first of five individual releases based on 130-liter Pedro Ximenez casks. The casks were filled in June 2021 at just over 60% ABV and will be released over a period spanning 2025 and 2026.

Single Cask #064 can be recognized by its intense PX sherry character, where sweetness and dark fruit shine through alongside a spicy base of dark chocolate and nuts. A truly deep and complex whisky.

Nose: Sweet spices, raisins, ripe fruit
Taste: Dark syrup, chocolate, cassia
Finish: Roasted nuts and sherry

• Alcohol: 50% ABV
