Thornæs Danish Whisky - The 5 Pedros, Single Cask #066

The 5 Pedros – Single Cask #066 is the second of five individual releases based on 130-liter Pedro Ximenez casks. The casks were filled in June 2021 at just over 60% ABV and will be released over a period spanning 2025 and 2026.

Single Cask #066 shows a clear PX sherry influence, with dark toffee and sweet spices forming the core profile, complemented by notes of roasted nuts and chocolate. A whisky with extra sweetness and texture.

Nose: Dark toffee and almond cake
Taste: Milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and crème caramel
Finish: Dark spices and sherry
