Mad Owl Gin - Apple combines the fresh taste of Danish apples with a fresh bite of gooseberries. A generous splash of wild bay leaves and fresh thyme provides a nice, spicy finish.
The apple flavor stands out clearly with its crisp sweetness and makes the gin character deep, warm and refreshing with a long, slightly spicy finish.
