Mad Owl Gin Liqueur - Rhubarb is a fantastic seasonal drink with lots of rhubarb flavor, fresh ginger and a nice, sweet rounding.

As a gin liqueur, it is drinkable directly from the bottle, preferably with a shot of lime and an ice cube, but try with Indian tonic, a strip of orange peel and a little basil on top. You get a little extra for the eye and a mild spicy experience for the palate.

Botanicals: Rhubarb, fresh ginger, juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, grains of paradise and orris root.
