Thornæs Danish Whisky: Chestnut - Double Cask

Matured for two years in 112-liter chestnut casks and then transferred to 200-liter Bourbon casks. The chestnut casks contributes with a clear and intense flavour, carrying familiar notes of dried apricot, vanilla, and caramel, as well as a hints of phenols and spicy nuttiness from the chestnut wood.

Chestnut – Double Cask is an elegant whisky that combines great character with a fine, long finish.
